Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using MARKLOG (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
MARKLOG is a personal trading journal application that allows users to log trades, view performance analytics, and optionally use an AI-powered assistant ("Friday AI") to analyze their own trade data using their own Anthropic API key.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
If you choose to use the Friday AI feature, you must provide your own Anthropic API key. You are solely responsible for any usage charges incurred on that key through your use of the Service. We encrypt your key at rest, but you are responsible for keeping your own Anthropic account secure and for monitoring your own API usage and billing.
MARKLOG, including the Friday AI assistant, is a journaling and analytics tool only. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Any analysis, commentary, or suggestions provided by Friday AI are generated automatically based on the data you provide and should not be relied upon as professional advice. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.
You agree not to use the Service to upload unlawful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or to our systems, or interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
You retain ownership of the trade data, notes, and screenshots you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content back to you as part of operating the Service. We do not claim ownership over your trade data.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and the Service may be unavailable at times due to maintenance, hosting provider issues, or other factors outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MARKLOG and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to financial losses from trading decisions, arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
