2. Description of Service

MARKLOG is an AI-powered trading journal platform that allows users to:

• Log, track, and analyze their trading activity
• Access AI-powered analysis through Friday AI
• Communicate with other traders via direct messages and group chats
• View performance metrics and analytics

The Service is provided for informational and journaling purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.

3. User Accounts

To use MARKLOG, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Friday AI — Paid Feature

Friday AI is a premium feature available for a one-time payment of $12. By purchasing Friday AI access:

• You receive permanent access to Friday AI with a monthly usage limit of 70 messages per calendar month
• Payment is processed through NOWPayments in cryptocurrency (USDT and other supported coins)
• All payments are final and non-refundable once Friday AI access has been activated
• We reserve the right to adjust usage limits with reasonable notice
• Sharing your account or access with others is strictly prohibited

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Share, sell, or transfer your account access to third parties
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious content, spam, or harmful material
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users through the messaging features
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the Service
• Impersonate another person or entity

6. Trading Data & Financial Disclaimer

MARKLOG is a journaling and analytics tool only. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. All trading involves risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. MARKLOG and its team are not liable for any financial losses you incur while using the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of MARKLOG — including but not limited to the design, logo, code, and AI features — are owned by MARKLOG and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.

Your trade data and journal entries remain your own. You grant MARKLOG a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime without prior notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service unavailability.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data may be deleted from our servers.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MARKLOG and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
